2, pickling: soaked with 5% nitric acid solution for more than 8 hours, the temperature is 40 degrees. Best in ultrasonic cleaners. After soaking, use filtered deionized water or water for injection to neutralize the inside and outside, and measure the conductivity. Blow dry with pure air ≥ 0.4Mpa.

3. The above two methods can be used alone or in combination with each other. If available, the ultrasonic cleaner can be combined to achieve the best results.

4, organic pollution can be combined with surfactant cleaning, cell debris contamination system combined with enzyme cleaning effect is more ideal. (Food and beverage can be cleaned with high concentration of citric acid)

Note: Always backflush online, (cleaning with pure compressed air or filtered stock solution or clean water backflush) can reduce the number of cleanings by the above method.
