Metal composite process characteristics
Metal composite materials are compounded by special processing techniques of two or more different metals through explosive welding. They are widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, salt production and manufacturing because of their remarkable economic and performance characteristics. In industrial production, it has received huge social and economic benefits.
Explosive welding composite has wide adaptability to the combination of metal materials. Metals with different strengths, different expansion coefficients and non-phase melting properties can be combined into a corpus callosum to form a continuous metallurgical bond in the solid state, but in essence The chemical composition, structure and corrosion resistance of the original component materials are not changed, and the bonding strength is superior to that obtained by other solid state bonding methods.
Process: raw materials - pretreatment - composite - heat treatment - straightening - shearing - post-treatment - inspection - packaging - storage
Metal Explosive Compounding--Rolling: After explosive welding, the metal material is composited into a carcass, and then hot-rolled or cold-rolled to the required size. It has the characteristics of large plate surface size and no-weld layer.
